This question is “necessary, whether it concerns the Internet or television,” emphasizes Val\u00e9rie Dupon, for whom two options exist. The first is a ban. The second consists of saying that, even if there are risks, they do not justify banning the Internet. Young people must be educated so that they develop a critical mind.
